Documentary-style coverage - This is a basic coverage option for couples who wish to document the ceremony and some of the activities surrounding it. This option includes the professional videography services of one videographer for 4 hours beginning one hour prior to the start of the ceremony, minimal editing, and 2 authored DVDs. Ceremony coverage includes one camera operated by the videographer and one unmanned camera. The cost of this basic service is $995 for one location for weddings in Tarrant County on weekdays or weekends in the off-peak season (January through March and September through November). Peak season and other locations available at an additional charge.

Pre-ceremony coverage - Video coverage of the bridal party at the ceremony location before the wedding. This often includes touching and funny moments between family members and friends. The edited footage will be included in the highlights montage or the prelude montage.

Ceremony coverage - Usually includes one operator videotaping the wedding party from behind the officiator, one operator moving about during the ceremony, and may include another operator videotaping from the back of the venue. Placement and movement of cameras during the ceremony may be restricted by policies of the location or wishes of the bride and groom. The final product will include the edited footage of the complete ceremony.

Highlights montage - Important moments of the day are edited and set to instrumental music. example

Reception coverage - One or two operators videotape reception events and guest interactions. Quality of coverage may be dependent on lighting conditions at reception venue. A small on-camera light may be necessary to ensure adequate coverage. The final product will include edited highlights from the reception.

Authored DVDs - All the elements of your package are delivered on a fully-authored DVD with navigational menus.

Rehearsal attendance - The principal videographer will attend the rehearsal to ensure the best possible coverage of the ceremony. Video coverage of the rehearsal is available at extra cost.

Prelude montage - A selection of video segments documenting the pre-ceremony events. example

Bridal pre-location - Coverage of an additional pre-ceremony location such as hair and makeup appointment or bride’s home. The edited footage will be included in the prelude montage.

Internet highlights - Highlight and montage video segments published on our website for one year.

Love Story - Edited video interview with the bride and groom detailing their meeting, dating, and engagement. Includes two hours of shooting on location. example

Growing Up montage - A collection of still photos of the bride and groom set to music.example

Bridal shower coverage - One camera for two hours at one location. The final product includes highlights from the shower.
